Not too far from London's iconic Marble Arch you'll find this beautiful Michelin star restaurant, offering Thai and English fusion. The design was developed alongside the head chef. With such a tight floorspace and the equipment needing to be accommodated the walkways in the kitchen were tight. Efficiency and effective allocation to refrigeration was a key objective to support the cooking to avoid any cross over.
