A referral from an ex-colleague to design and project manage a café in Basildon town centre on Market Pavement. The second site following the rather famous Maria's Market Café in Borough Market, this small but functional kitchen was designed to offer traditional British cuisine for breakfast and lunchtime meals. Both eat in and takeaway available this renowned café operator has decided its time to offer the lucky people of Basildon some top nosh too.
